Do you believe in moving forward together through strong representation for Ward 3 residents? Would you like to see new and forward focused ideas from your Ward 3 councillor? If so, you feel the same way that I do, that a change is needed now!
My decision to run for councillor of Ward 3 was predicated on the current inaction and lack of representation for our ward. Through my successful neighbourhood fundraising activities coupled with my professional experiences. I feel it is time that our Ward has a councillor who will put the needs of our ward at the forefront! I will be a councillor who will represent the ward as my number one priority, and I am committed to communicating with the ward residents on a continual and timely basis on council’s activities.
Top three concerns across the municipality:
Improvement of infrastructure addressing constituents increasing cost due to flooding. As you are aware, we are growing with giant leaps, and we desperately need to dramatically improve infrastructure in Ward 3.
Increase the safety in our streets with the goal of protecting everyone enjoying the outdoors, especially our little innocent children who in many traffic situations are taken advantage of and or ignored.
Daily resilience, with the spending of our tax dollars to continuously improve your family’s ability to reside in the best ward in Lakeshore.
I will stand firm on these needs for my constituents
I am dedicated to Ward 3 and will work relentlessly for the betterment of our ward.
It is my conviction that over the years ward 3 has been neglected while other wards have enjoyed projects of improvement.
My entrepreneurial skills and experience would be an asset to the council as we manage / allocate your hard-earned tax dollars.
As you are aware, our ward is growing immensely, and we desperately need to increase the infrastructure in Ward 3.
Municipal elections are the “most” important elections that affect you as a homeowner and resident! Your streets, your property taxes, your schools and parks, your public safety and infrastructure, and the overall sense of community in our municipality.
Tell us about yourself
I have lived in Lakeshore (ward 3) since 2011 with my wife Laura and soon after joined by our daughter Jenna who attends Ecole Pavillon des Jeunes in the heart of ward 3.
For 23 years I worked throughout North America and Internationally in the Machine Tool industry.
In 2014 I established my own company Nauti Docks Canada and run a very successful marine supply company to over 34 Dealer / Contractors.
Vote for me as your councillor.
I am very dedicated and results oriented.
Rest assured that Ward 3 will have very strong representation.
