The LaSalle Police Youth Foundation proudly presented a $10,000 donation to Essex County Youth Diversion, the main beneficiary of the LPYF Golf Tournament held in July. Youth Diversion provides essential support to children, youth, and young adults aged six to 26 across Windsor and Essex County, equipping them with the tools to make positive choices, overcome personal challenges, and build brighter futures.

Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, players, and community partners, this year’s tournament raised an impressive $27,500. These funds will help local organizations expand access to vital programs, mentorship opportunities, and resources that empower youth and foster resilience.

The cheque presentation featured LaSalle Police Chief Michael Pearce, Joanna Conrad—Executive Director of Youth Diversion—and Constable Alaina Atkins, Community Resource Officer with the LaSalle Police Service. Their collaboration highlights the shared commitment to youth development and community well-being.
