Construction at Lakewood Park South is moving steadily forward, with several key components of the redevelopment project nearing completion.
Underground infrastructure work—including sewer and water line installation—has been finalized. The washroom facility is also taking shape, with both exterior and interior block work completed and plumbing now underway.
Work on the bocce courts is progressing, with the West Court nearly finished and preparations beginning on the East Court. Meanwhile, construction of the splash pad is ongoing, and layouts for the pavilion and fire pit have been finalized, with installation scheduled to follow.
