Windsor-Essex Housing Market Continues to Soar in 2022

WINDSOR-ESSEX COUNTY ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® RESIDENTIAL STATISTICS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY 2022 

The Total of Monthly Listings was 680 (up 17.04% with 581 in February 2021). At the time of this report there were 347 available Listings. 549 properties were sold in February 2022 (up 8.93% compared to February 2021 with 504 properties sold).   

The Average Sales price for February 2022 was $704,122. The Average Sales Price for February 2021 was $486,461. 

 The most popular style of homes sold this month: 2 Storey (119), Bungalow (115), Ranch (68), 1 ½ Storey (63), and Raised Ranch (46).
