The total monthly listings for January are 598 – up 8.93 per cent with 549 in January 2022.
At the time of this report there were 977 available Listings. 244 properties were sold in January 2023 – down 46.72 percent compared to January 2022 with 458 properties sold.
The Average Sales price for January 2023 was $516,117. The Average Sales Price for January 2022 was $644,765. The most popular style of homes sold this month: Bungalow (59), Ranch (35), 2 Storey (32), 1 ½ Storey (25) and Raised Ranch (25).
