The Municipality of Lakeshore is undergoing a phone system upgrade that could impact some calls over the coming week.
The system upgrade requires backend technical changes that may result in a small percentage of callers receiving a busy signal or no answer. If that happens to you, we have other options to help during this changeover.
Residents can use Report A Problem online, email publicservice@lakeshore.ca or come in person to the Atlas Tube Recreation Centre from 6 a.m. until – 5 p.m., Monday to Friday.
